Change of CDSA Committee.

We will send letters to all Disabled Members and Season Ticket Holders. Also information will be put on the website www.chelseafc.com in disabled tickets. We also discussed that the new members of the CDSA will be invited our next meeting to do a transitional hand over. We are looking at drawing up some documentation to show what the CDSA have achieved over the last 2 years. Passed CDSA members are allowed to re-apply.

Match Day Food Counters.

We are just awaiting confirmation from our catering department, but do not see there being a problem in having the mobile food service in the West Stand.

Can Stewards make people be seated after a goal is scored.

Once goals are scored and play is commencing stewards do make an effort to get people sat down as soon as possible so that the game is visible to everyone.

Will radar locks be in the MHU and EL?

Radar Locks are being installed in all areas of the grounds.

9

Imbalance in prices for away games on website.

Each club has their own ticketing policy and prices, this means the allocation allocated and ticket prices will depend on the away club. The question was asked how members find out if they have been successful or not. Unsuccessful applications are notified by letter or email. Otherwise if a person is successful they will automatically receive the tickets they have requested.

Any Other Business.

  1. Having the bookies near the disabled entrance causes problems with congestion. Graham suggested finding out if they could provide a mobile service so that disabled members can use it and to help eliminate the crowds.
  2. Matthew wanted to find out why he could not hold events for Disabled members, as a representative for Liverpool LDSA said that they do. As Matthew has previously asked if he able too. Matthew wants to know why they can and he’s not able. All clubs have their own rules and regulations,
  3. Colin Overton passed on a Thank-you letter for a steward saying how helpful the steward had been. Everyone in the room agreed about how helpful the stewards are towards them.
