December 2008: This letter has just been posted out to all Season Ticket
holders:
Dear
Season Ticket Holder
It has been noted that on matchday there are a considerable amount
of disabled seats not being used. This point was raised at the recent
CDSA meeting. It was decided by the committee members that a reminder
letter should be sent to all disabled members.
Therefore it is requested that if you are unable to attend a match
for any reason that you please notify the Disabled Liaison Officer by
telephone on 0207 915 1950 or email disability@chelseafc.com.
This will enable us to pass the tickets on to another disabled member
to attend the match up to 24 hours prior to kick off, and therefore
not have empty seats.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Kind Regards

October 2008: Please help your club to help its disabled supporters
by returning your unwanted tickets as soon as you receive them. If you
hold a season ticket but cannot make a match then please contact the
Club who can then re-allocate your space to another disabled member.
You can contact the Club by phoning the Disabled Liaison Officer (Diane)
or Vanessa on 020 7915 1950 or email: disability@chelseafc.com.
You will not be frowned upon by the club at all. We all have illness
