We are the second committee of the CDSA. Our first meeting was on Monday 7th April 2008. We consist of 10 people including the Disability Liaison Officer of Chelsea Football Club (Diane Broom), her assistant Vanessa Nicholson, the Disabled Supporters' Representative on the Chelsea fans forum (Matthew Law), a serving committee member of NADS (Jamie Polk) and 5 selected Chelsea Football Club disabled supporters: Tim Gotts, Matthew McLaughlin, Cindy Albright, Kevin O'Donoghua and Gary Hatt.
